Good thread idea! no need to be scared, no judgments allowed here! we're all overweight, all have had good and bad reasons for getting that way.

54 yo single female with long hx of medical problems, 5' 4".

in early feb i was 240. doc tweaked my thyroid dose, i got a bit more energy, and started to lose a bit.
lost 13 on my own before starting hcg. lost 12.5 lbs on hcg in 22 days- had to quit due to severe nausea.
lost a few more pounds on my own, figured out reason for nausea and after 3 weeks started back up on hcg diet shots.
gained 4 pounds during load days, this morning was vlcd #8- lost the 4 load pounds, and 4 more. total loss as of this morning is 37.
goals- lose 50 by may 28th (company), lose another 20 by july 28th (vacation), and as much as possible before class reunion in nov and double nickel birthday in dec!

Started: 240
After R1: 212.6
Now R2 D14: 203.8

Total loss so far: 36.4

Goal 1: Finish R2 end of May and want to be below 190 as I need to be this weight before doing an 80 km hike in the rockies early July. (that will give me 5 weeks to train hard for the hike!)
Goal 2: Do another round from mid July to 3rd week in Aug. I want to be below 160 since I'm going to visit old friends on vacation
Goal 3: Take a longer break and do a fourth round late fall... see where it takes me.

Highest weight ever (in 2006) was 303 lbs(GASP!) Lost 50 lbs in 06/07...Gained 22 lbs between Thanksgiving 08-Feb 09. So, when I started hcg Feb. 28th...

hCG Progress and Averages:

Start: 270 after loading
Lost 31 on 1st round of VLCD
Current: 239 ...in my 3rd week of P3

I will do as many rounds as it takes for me to get to my goal weight of 160-170. (70-80 more!) I'll be an HCG Diet forum veteran by the time I'm done! LOL. I am starting a 23 day round next week in order to lose more before a wedding I'm in May 30th! ugh

I am hoping to get to 125, but will be happy with 130. I will start next round June 1st and finish up before my birthday in July.
I am wearing a dress today I bought 4 years ago (that hasn't fit for 3) and it's big on me. It's a great feeling!
