Quick overview:

• Drink a large glass of water immediately in the morning.

• Drink colon cleanse stuff.

• Take apple cider vinegar.

• Take whole food supplement.

• Take coral calcium.

• Eat breakfast with enzymes.

• Mid morning snack includes an apple and a cup of green tea.

• Before lunch take apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of coconut oil.

• Eat lunch with enzymes, apple or grapefruit and a salad

• Mid afternoon have an apple and a cup of Yerba mate tea.

• Before dinner take apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of coconut oil. Eat dinner with enzymes and a salad.

• Mid evening have a grapefruit.

• Before bed take L-carnitine and eat protein.
