Program Overview:
First Visit:
During your first visit, you will spend approximately 30 minutes with our nurse.
Vitals signs including blood pressure, pulse, and body temperature are taken.
Computerized weight and body composition analysis and BMI calculation are performed.
Measurements are taken
EKG is performed when indicated.
Blood sample is obtained for laboratory testing.
Photo is taken for progress comparison
Your appointment with Dr. Croland can be schedule as soon as the next day (if lab results are back).
Follow-up visits:
Consultation with Dr. Croland to review your health, dietary and family history
Discussion of findings and recommended treatment options.
Physical Examination by Dr. Croland.
Review dietary and exercise recommendations and receive a program booklet
Discuss any recommended nutritional supplements and / or injections.
All patients are given a follow-up appointment 1 week from their start date with Dr.
Croland. Thereafter, patients are seen either weekly, if they take injections, or at their
‘4 week’ follow-up (4 weeks from their initial visit with the doctor and every 4 weeks
thereafter).
