Tips to Maximize Your Weight Loss


Eat fish- fish has lower calories, less fat, and digests easier than chicken or beef.

Take supplements- 30 to 35 grams of fiber a day, from food intake and beverage mix.

Vegetable beverage supplement- I prefer Innerlight’s Suppergreens, but I will list several below.

Exercise for at least 15 minutes each morning to elevate your metabolism throughout the day.
