Yes, you can have tauge, otherwise known as bean sprouts. You can have up to 120 grams. If you weigh it out on a scale, you will see that you can have LOTS of bean sprouts. Since the sprouts have a mild flavor, you can dress them up any way you want. Some people have even replaced their spaghetti for bean sprouts! Meredith
