Awww, thats sucks you had a small gain. Have you tried cutting out red meat and adding 2 tablespoons of Braggs organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar
WOW!! 1.4 loss is REALLY good at D27. I definitely didn't have any losses over 1 since the first 2-3 weeks. Congrats and keep up the hard work :-)
I've done a FFF day before and it worked really well. I need to go get more of it...I'm out. I use berries with vanilla extract and stevia in mine,
Today is day one of loading for me!
Btw - on Monday I'm going to try a fage fat day. 32 oz all day (wow) and you can sweeten w stevia and berries - I'm actually looking forward to it!
I personally do just one day of eating what I would regard as a normal day like a Sunday roast a breakfast etc

Hi Jen- I would eat clean. You know the weight gain is from a reaction and bloating. Give your body a chance to catch up and your head a break too :-)
