    You can try upping it to 150, Joline. If that doesn't work, I think you should stop. Maybe it just won't work with your major leptin issues.

    When I was on rounds I found that I was never hungry at all if I spaced my meals out 5-6 hours apart, which was usually lunch @ 12 and dinner @ 5:30.
