    Argh Idn what's going on I can't stop gaining ! I've introduced nothing new ! I wonder if it's the sugar free bacon:/ I'm unsure oh well did a steak day with elk steak I hope it works :/ I have a head ache bed soon!

    Help, My husband and I started HCG, this is our second time, and I must have mixed my sub-lingual drops incorrectly. Before they would last at least 15 days with both of us taking them. I have the 5000IU sub-lingual drops and mix them with colloidal silver and B12. We ran out on our 3rd day of VLCD. I have ordered more but it won't be here for at least 15 days. Would we do a planned interruption and just continue with the VLCD for the next three days then the P3 diet until our drops get here? ...

    I quit smoking a year ago August. Best 15 lbs I ever gained. Hardest thing I ever did. Hardest thing I've had to maintain. Loosing weight was alot easier when I was a smoker. I smoked for 18 years. From age 14 to 33. When I was hungry I smoked more, it helped mentally and emotionally. Now I am trying to find that crutch to replace cigarettes. Now that I am not pregnant anymore, I want to start smoking in the worst way. Especially when I look at my stretched out belly and start to eat. I won't do ...

    While cruising thru the forum, I noticed someone mentioned that there is no difference between one pound of fat and one pound of muscle. I would like to argue this.

    There is a huge difference between fat and muscle. One pound of muscle is far better! Why? Muscle actually works for you. It burns calories, it makes you stronger, with it you can become more healthy. What does fat do? It sits there. If you don't make any attempt to get rid of it, it will just grow and get heavier. ...

    Hi All:

    I have been in phase 2 for 21 days (19 of you dont count loading). Yesterday I was down 15.8! Today, down 13.8..Whose fault is it? MINE!! They tell you do not go off the program. So what do I do yesterday? Had a HUGE Saturday nite dinner (chicken cutlet, cheese, arugala and frozen yogurt). What was I thinking. I went to bed thinking so ill be up a pound but OH no...UP TWO POUNDS!!! Feel like crap

    Ok, so this is Sunday July 29, 2012- Day 6 of Phase two and I weighed in at 227 lbs. good, that's another 2 lbs down. I dont think I will be having broccoli again until after Im done with phase two. My usual routine...upon waking I sit by the side of my bed where I then take my 1st drops of the day, then go start coffee pot, feed my cat, let her out, come back to bedroom, check emails, facebook page, the Cafeland (I love this game), and my blog page. This would have taken up the fifteen minutes ...

    Hi everyone. I haven't been on in a few days due to the internet being messed up. I am happy to report I have lost a total of 27 pounds. TOM has finally arrived. I have really bad periods...so yeah its been a bad time for me. I am happy with my lost though. I have four more days to go until I stop the drops....I am really scared about going into phase 3. I just hope I do really good
