    A shout-out to fellow HCG'ers. I'm starting Phase 2 this weekend for the first time and have been reading through the posts to gain strength to stay committed. Thank you for posting struggles, it's good to know that difficult days may be ahead. May I also ask for your posts on positive success stories, too? What is working for you?? Thanks!

    I've been doing HCG for several weeks now with the scale fairly steadily going down. I've lost 25 pounds which I'm proud of but I hadn't thought it was very noticable other than my rings and watch were looser.....and I hadn't really been tracking inches.

    It's been quite a year! I filed for divorce on 12/28/11 and it's still not final, so.......enough said! Also, lost my relationship with who I thought was my best friend which has actually been harder emotionally. (comfort eating to the max!.). Also, I injured my left knee somehow so wasn't as active this summer until I got it scoped in July and hoped that would do the trick. It felt great for a couple of weeks, then has slowly come back.     Well I haven't been on here in a while. I have been super busy with work. New hours mean new things. Its crazy how when you work the same hours you get in that rut and forget some things. So far things have been working out. Just trying to figure out when I will be moving back home. Right now looks like I will be moving home the beginning of November. So hopefully I will be home for Thanksgiving to spend it with the family.

    Well today Im at 287! I'm so VERY excited to be out of the 3s for good! In 2lbs I'll be down 100 pounds from 385 in December! I am reallly trying to focus for the next 30 days on my water intake and salt monitoring. Its been sooooo hot I dont want to cook or grill. I just need to get in there and prep a giant tub of lettuce so I can have cool crisp salads on hand!

    I'll be back in 2 days to update on reaching the 100 pounds goal! This is so amazing!

    After cheat after cheat and gain after gain things are getting better as of today I'm 204.4 yes I did get down to 202 but I do have 3 more weeks of the diet I really want to lose 10lbs with in the next 3 weeks fingers crossed,I still love this diet but I will say each round is different you have to keep your head in the game ,loading is very important I really didn't load because I gained so much between my 2nd round ,learned apple days shouldn't be used just to lose more weight I have done so many ...

    Up 2.5 pounds from yesterday - 145.8. Oy. Too much sodium in the Chili's queso I had for dinner last night. Ugh. I woke up at 3 am with horrible heartburn, and I was so unbelievably thirsty as well.

    So far today I've had 2 cups of coffee with 1/2 c heavy cream and 1 T coconut oil in each cup, as well as my almond-tarragon-crusted eggplant with goat cheese and tomato sauce.

    The rest of my foods are logged in My Fitness Pal. And when I completed my entry for today, it told ...
