I'm now on P3 day 4 and this is what I've eaten so far: butter, milk, coconut oil, bacon and sausage (sugar free), eggs, salmon, liver, steak, hamburger, roast chicken, pate, mustard, cottage cheese, feta, blue cheese, sour cream, blueberries, green apples, mixed lettuce, avocados, tomatoes, green olives, onions, garlic, courgettes, brussel sprouts, radishes, mushrooms, ACV, 85% chocolate, white wine... After reading the forum I've ordered MCT oil and I've started taking L-Carintine, ...

This sounds so right that I just had to post it here as a reminder. Once your body catches up to the fat loss, it begins to tear down the excess connective tissue and blood vessels that were supporting that fat. As these break down, the water replacing ...
Yesterday was a day of temptation. My grocery store had artichokes and I ALMOST convinced my cheating mind to buy them. Heck. In my mind I practically had them cooked and scooping up mayo! I got over it by going for prawns, crab claws, and strawberries instead. I didn't take my drops last night and I'm not hungry this morning so a drop in drops looks to be needed. What I ate yesterday: Breakfast: Coffee with milk Lunch: Chicken w mustard, tomato ...
I'm the same weight I was yesterday but unlike my first P2 I've been expecting this. Also, I'm a wee bit stopped up but I was too tired yesterday to deal with it. I could barely keep my eyes open after 4pm. The ostrich was a welcome change from chicken/steak. Today I'll shop for meat and do my weekly steak day tomorrow. The cucumber/asparagus/frozen spinach rotation is doable, so no more thoughts of spinach smoothies! What I ate yesterday: Breakfast: ...

Yesterday I went out walking and enjoyed myself. For the first time I took L-Carnitine and I believe it gave me added energy for the day. I walked through two parks and kept on walking. Then I had my taxi drop me off on the main street so that I could walk into my neighborhood. I forgot to eat my second fruit yesterday until late. I read somewhere that you are not meant to eat late so I passed. I'm not sure if that's a good thing to do or not. What I ate yesterday: ...
My scales are wonky things. I get on them in the morning, before I'm fully awake, and they are all over the place. Maybe I should have read instructions on how to stand? Anyway, I wasn't confident in their return today so I added .2 to my weight. Nothing exciting happened yesterday except that I grabbed the wrong face cream. About ten minutes later I freaked because I'd used OIL lotion and not my oil-free lotion. How do you scrub off lotion successfully? But later I came across a ...
The losses continue to be steady but I still haven't sorted out being stopped up. I'll get to that today. Yesterday I couldn't face the fresh spinach so I threw it into a blender with my orange and a tiny sliver of ginger. It was better than gnawing through tough leaves but still not an attractive alternative (BRIGHT green!) So for the duration I'm going to shelve fresh spinach and eat frozen. I don't like a lot of the choices for veg so that leaves me cucumber, frozen spinach, and ...
