Did I mention on this thread that the reset has resulted in LESS PAIN for me? I can walk around my house without my cane, when I couldn't even stand up without it before July 11 when I started the reset!! It's like a switch went off the end of last week and WOW!! So, be very patient with the reset. It isn't majic so it doesn't work overnight, but it does work. Eliminating the O6s in your body and eating lots of O3s is essential. When I told Dr. K. my last CRP was 14 he told
Moderator, Margie, had asked if anyone had done the Paleo way of eating without Dr. Kruse's restrictions on timing and food specifics.
This is a VERY good point, Margie! Been there, done that. After my last P3 cycle of HHCG I went strictly Paleo with no dairy, grains, sugar, legumes, white potatioes, rice, artificial sweeteners, processed foods. I was determined that I'd eat this way forever if that is what it takes to feel as good as Paleo eaters brag about.

I do homeopathic and I agree you may not have immunity issues, although I think that's really up for debate. I know I have to reduce my dose once it has saturated my body because I start getting hunger issues. If that's not "immunity" then I misunderstand the symptoms of it. Beyond that, there are many other reasons for the breaks.
Dr. S. actually says not to lose more than 30 lb before taking a break. Lots of people lose more, but the breaks ARE very important!

Most people never experience the healthy sensation of feeling hungry. In fact, most desire to
avoid it. Feeling hungry is actually a wonderful guide to ingesting the amount of calories you require for
health and maintaining your ideal weight. When we eat out of true hunger, food tastes much better and
we are physiologically primed

Many people report they are having issues when adding foods back in during P3 and P4. Some attribute this to food allergies or food intolerance. While this may be the case, I also think leaving out groups
