so i stopped injections for a couple days because i thought i was pregnant. turns out, im not, so now im starting them up again to get back on track. i know that this isnt protocol but im willing to suffer through some hunger in order to lose this weight. here we go!
vlcd 4 weigh in: 175.0 down another pound and a half. i love week 1.
I've been reading up on eca stacks and hcg, and while i know its risky, i've had no problems with either the hcg or the eca stacks seperately. i have been trying them together the past few days, but only taking half the dosage because the whole 25mgs makes me really anxious and shaky. if i jsut take half i feel energized and have less of a desire to eat. im hoping the combination of these two methods will help keep me from cheating repeatedly like i did last round. im very excited to hit my sophomore

so im back for round three. after a really awesome 1st round and a really cruddy 2nd round (i basically lost ten pounds and gained it all back) i am going for round 3. im taking it seriously. im not gonna cheat. im not gonna eat those damn melbas (they taste like poop anyway). i want to try for the low 160s. ill go until i get fed up or run out of hcg. updates to follow!
last round failed i believe mostly because i was taking medication that is notorious for increasing appetite and causing
i realized my birth control was causing me to do several things, and all of these combined led me to stop taking it. within days after stopping most of these problems went away/decreased.
1. i broke out like a pubescent boy.
2. had a hard time tolerating carbs.
3. severe depression set in.
4. my sex drive decreased.
5. nauseous in the morning, ravenously hungry at night
now, two or three weeks into p4, i have finally stabilized .5 pounds
anyone ever heard of birth control causing problems with gluten/carbs? i had brown rice yesterday and kept my calories within reason and gained 3 pounds overnight. this has been a problem ever since i started on the bc pill. could this be my problem or should i get tested for some allergies or something? hellllp i miss my carbs!
i did a FFF day (p4 is kicking my ass) yesterday, and woke up to a 3.5 pound loss, no joke. im freaking psyched!
after yo-yoing all over the place due to my poor willpower this round i seemed to have been relatively stable the past five days (yes for me that is impressive). and have avoided any more fff/steak days. seriously, the guy at the store gave me a kind of confused look when i came in for the third time in a week to buy ONLY a huge container of yogurt, and a carton of strawberries. i found my secret. i need to eat high high protein, especially at the end of the day, take it easy on the almond butter
tuesday i went out with my ridiculously pregnant friend for dinner and she was craving chinese food (ugh) i love chinese food, but most of the stuff i love is carbalicious. i was able to stick with mostly meat and veggies but i did have a crab rangoon, and yes, i was over my liw yesterday. just at the 2 pound mark. so i did another fage day (my second in almost 2 weeks, this round has definitely been less stable than my first one) and was back down to 172 today. goodie.
