I woke up at 6am and was alert. Last night I couldn't sleep for about an hour. I wonder if that was the green tea or the HCG...??!! I'm really hungry this morning. But I know I need to do this. I was 140lb (63.5kg) which is 4kg away from my highest weight. So its time to lose the fat.
