Still can't believe I've lost 43.8 lbs on HCG
12 days left on p2 to complete 23 days of VLCD 3.8 pounds to meet my goal! Oh yeah!!!!!

I just would like to say thank you HCG and HCG DIET INFO. it wasn't possible with the product nor the support group we have here. I'm on my third round lost a total of 42lbs and would like to lose 5 more to reach my goal weight 128lbs I have 15 days left in this round. Thanks again

Good morning everyone this morning down an additional pound........ I am proud of myself I would like to lose 5 pounds for my goal weight.128lbs. Today I will be going to a baby shower at an Italian resturant hhmmm! Going to eat my meal before the shower!!!

I've notice a pattern in my weight loss, every time I have scallops I only Lose ounces and the days I don't I've lost pounds. For the next few days scallops will be excluded from my diet and see if it makes a difference

day 3 0 lost didnt have water so i drank lots of it the following day
day 4. 4.4lbs loss awesome
day 5. .4 ounces
day 6. 2. lbs loss
day 7. .2 ounces

this weekend is my daughters baby shower given by the inlaws I know I have to go to it she's My daughter ouch at a resturant and Italian food what in the world will I eat..... I quess I will eat prior to going and play with my food on the plate..... its all pasta!

Monday was my first day on VLCD woke up the next morning with a 0 lost. I realized I hadn't drank water so Tuesday I drank 3 liters this morning down 4.4 lbs

I understood I had to drink water and lots of it but since HCG drops completely took my appetite away I forgot to drink is so with this said I will not forget again.
