  1. What do I do?

    Good Morning all. I am at a crossroads and really need some help and advice.

    July 9, 2012 I started my journey. did 2 rounds and at my lowest I was down 52.5 lbs. Of course when I saw that what did I do?????Went in the other direction.

  2. Has this ever happened to you

    Need so help and guidance.....I am totally baffled and really upset. I am R1,P4 (just started P4 yesterday)

    First of all through the 3 weeks of stabilization, I lost an additional 4.2 lbs. Thats how I started yesterday. Yesterday I ate nothing different (I have these cardboard crackers that are 0 everything and that I have eaten every day for 3 weeks with some almond butter. I then had an appple, some almonds, a piece if swordfish (rather large), asparagus and creamed spinach. I ...

  3. Last Day on R1, Phase 2...Very Nervous about what is to come

    Today is my last day on R1 of VLCD. I did the pellets and list 24.4 or .6 lbs and I am thrilled. Tomorrow is the start of a whole new chapter and I am really nervous. Too many choices and the exercise that needs to go with it. I HATE to work out and know that in order to maintain this I must move my butt a lot. I need menu ideas. Do you eat 3 meals a day? How many fruits? So confused.

    I really want this to be the stabilization it is supposed to be and then be successful enough ...

  4. Time of the Month Ugh!!!

    Things were going great. Down 18.2, 8.5 inches gone and 2 weeks until end of Phase 2. Then this morning Time of the Month... weight is up .6...What happens? Do we lose that weight at some point? I assume I continue as before and just follow the diet and take my HCG (pellets). Feel like crap!! Thanks for the help

  5. You can Never Beat the System

    Hi All:

    I have been in phase 2 for 21 days (19 of you dont count loading). Yesterday I was down 15.8! Today, down 13.8..Whose fault is it? MINE!! They tell you do not go off the program. So what do I do yesterday? Had a HUGE Saturday nite dinner (chicken cutlet, cheese, arugala and frozen yogurt). What was I thinking. I went to bed thinking so ill be up a pound but OH no...UP TWO POUNDS!!! Feel like crap

    Why do we think we can beat the system? Steak day ...
