  1. Since coming off hcg diet meal plan

    I feel alot better, less pain, energy has picked up. Then again ginseng is helping too.

    Bought some pcos tablets, D-Chiro-Inositol, more ginseng & another hormonal homepathic products that I have been doing research on the pituitary gland. Should receive orders soon. I'm still taking B12 shots & when it runs out ill just ask my doctor for more instead of buying ampules on the net.

    I have my walk tomorrow morning so ill leave it here. Goodnight
  2. Off hcg diet meal plan

    Because of my health issues, injury I need to be off the hcg meal plan. As my body needs all the help with nerve damage, muscle cramping/spasms, chronic fatigue syndrome, low iron/white count, pcos & dying thyriod (etc) this diet is not good for this body of mine.

    I have plans to go back on the high protein diet with veges and fruit, no bread, pasta. Don't eat bread and pasta. I love my eggs and have missed them greatly and my porridge ohhhhhhhhhh yay porridge. Mmmmmmmmmmmm. ...
  3. Stressed, pain, tired burnout

    This is the second time in writing this up, somehow when I go to a different tab it deletes everything I have written on this tab. Sucks.

    Today I felt burnt out. I had to push really push myself. I googled a couple of things, went to the health store. Told the lady my symptoms; half Thyroid, which is dying, stressed all the time, trapped nerve on life side of hip. Pain. Anxiety, flight or fight mode. Not sleeping well due to hot feet at night. Apparently this happens alot to people ...

    Early bird this morn. Up at 6am. Went for my walk before the heat increases. Any time after 9:30-10am it's HOT!

    Did good with my food yesturday. Had sore back too.

    Boy I've been busy. Which I like very much!

    U really have to ask urself each time u enter the kitchen, 'do I really need this food?" - nope! Makes u stop & think before u scoff/stuff ur face with food u really don't need.

    I love the word "change" at the mo. I have it on my calendar and where I will see it! Good reminder, if I want good results I have to do something different for " the change " to happen. Won't happen if ur stuffing ur ...

    I have over done myself with physical activities. I did both upper & lower workout this morn. And then cleaned the out side of car. Im in pain, just overwhelmed by it all. My back has sucked up all my energy. I've taken pain relief & muscle cramps, Kava Kava Muscle Relaxant. My muscles are tight & having spasms. I know a goodnight sleep helps my body to recover quickly.

  7. Phase 2 day 1

    Well I did it, survived the day. Real busy in the morning. Afternoon I vacuum cleaned out my lil jeep & cleaned windows & mirrors. Didn't want to do too much, alot of bending and kneeling today. My back is sore. Tomorrow ill be washing the outside of my lil jeep. Kinda sad, I've had her for a few years, no trouble at all. Washing & cleaning her up for her new owner made me sad a little. She's a good lil jeep, sad to see her go, but the suspension is to hard on my back. I need a change. ...

  8. Phase 1 day 2 of loading blahhhhh

    I did set my alarm foe 6:15am but woke up at 7. Went for my walk today, dam I feel good. I love my walks!!!

    I increased my b12 shots for that extra boost. U no, I'm not hungry, I notice that my appetite has decreased, yay. But boy I need liquids, the water stuff. So thirsty all the time.

    Great day to start hcg diet. Day 1 of loading. Can't wait to eat basic foods again.

    Really hot today. I woke up at 8:30am this morning. But late for morning walk, so may do an evening walk when cooler.

    I need a change! I need less pain. I need to lose weight. I need to strengthen in my core muscles & tone lower body. I need a new car, not my lil jeep no more, to hard on my back.

    Bubba is a year old. I had two of my sisters have babies last year ...

    Can't sleep. Finished wrapping last of the presents. I don't think anyone will go to bed real soon, it's so hot. It's about 11:30pm here.

    Had blood works done again, will find out results on the 27th dec. extremely tired all the time, mixture if high levels of pain, dying thyroid, pcos.

    BBQ for dinner tomorrow. Lets hope the sun will come out. It's been hot, muggy for the last few days. Hurricane Evan should be hitting the top of north island. Hope like anything we ...
