HOLY COW!! I am so excited! I stepped on the scale this morning and I am down 3 pounds! I am floored! I came into this thinking that I would be an exception to the rule. That I'd be the one person, the exception to the rule, who didn't lose weight like they were supposed too, that I would stall within my first day. I came into this unsure of what direction to go in as far as

Hey Ladies and gentleman, I have never been one to keep a journal however I feel since I am going on this journey I need to keep a journal, day by day, keep track of not only my progress but how I am feeling day to day, and hopefully I can not only help people who are having similar experiences to me, but maybe inspire someone. I would love to know that I inspire someone's life and give them hope if they, like me, are terrified starting this journey.

Day 1. I was so excited this ...
  4. Ready to navigate through the muddy waters of P3

    by , March 10th, 2013 at 06:36 AM
Woohoo! I am down 21.4 lbs since I started. This means I get to pick out something pretty from a jewelry store or a purse store. Several factors for this:
    1. Started walking on the treadmill (very low speed) daily to help my metabolism
    2. I am working more on the weekends where I stand on my feet for 8 hours
    3. Cutting out melba toast and fruit.

I only have 2 more days until my last dose and like many bloggers here I have mixed feelings about P3. I am ...
  5. Day 10, Turkey Chili Recipe inside!

    by , January 30th, 2013 at 12:55 PM
Today is my day 10 of VLCD, so far, pretty good!

Monday the 28th was week 1, down 6.8 lbs and 6.75 inches! I've lost an additional .8 lbs since then. Can't wait to try on a particular pair of jeans after I shower!

Struggled once or twice, but adjusted dosage of pellets, one less. It helped.

I even went to the gym today. I felt a little shaky at first, but made it through the 30 min routine. It just felt good to be moving.

    One of ...
  6. First blog.. not so optimistic :/

So this is TECHNICALLY my second round of doing the HCG diet. But i don't count the first because i only gave it a week and seriously cheated like everyday. Its not even that I'm hungry, just the thought that i CANT eat, keeps eating on my mind CONSTANTLY! Its sooo discouraging. Its about 5 oclock and im on day like, 6 i think?? (see how committed i am?? im not even sure what day im on) Today is my first day counting calories and i have already hit almost 700. I dont know what my problem is! I ...
  7. The start of my wedding weight loss!

    by , November 20th, 2012 at 02:35 PM
Today is day three of loading for me. I am using HCG patches and I really like them.
    Measurements:
    BUST: 49
    WAIST: 41
    HIPS:57
    THIGHS: 35

This is a day of do over for me. I successfully lost about 60 pounds on HCG before but I have since regained all the weight plus some more.
Unfortunately I cannot post a weight because my scale is not working and I have to get a new one so I will post that progress in a few days.

    I am getting ...
  8. Is it hard to loss weight naturally after P4

by , October 15th, 2012 at 10:20 AM (How hard can I workout on P3)
I'm about to start P3 and I already wrote a blog about that. However, I'm really wondering if after I'm not with P4 and the doctor ask me if I want to get back on the shots I honestly don't know what I want to do. This has been so hard for me and even though I've lost 13lbs and I'm very happy this is just mentally and physically exhausting to me. I've seen some people saying they are having trouble losing weight after P4. I don't want that to happen! I've learned how to eat and what is good and ...

  9. Weigh in Challenges! My weight changed in a few hours!

    by , August 11th, 2012 at 06:42 AM
Well its the weekend and I usually wake up my normal time and inject my hcg and get another hour or two of sleep. By the way I'm on day 8 of VLCD.

This morning I relieved my bladder and weighed in with an .8lb lost yay! I went back to sleep for maybe 2 hours, woke up again used the restroom and I'm down another .8lbs. Trust I'm happy it's a loss. But I find it strange. Is this normal? Also which number do I record?

    Some insight please and thanks!

    I get to begin!

So far I have yet to eat anything but I'm about to make me some fried eggs for breakfast The eating all day is the hardest part for me because I'm so used to avoiding food. Last time around I didn't really get to "load up" and I think it effected my first try. I only got about two weeks in before quitting last time but now I know it's not what made me sick. I pray to God that this time
