After the blog yesterday..Fat Girl decided to make her presence known THAT SHE WASN'T GOING ANYWHERE, at least not without a fight..
Here is why:
From the day before there was a left over bag of Fruit pastilles (because Fat girl noticed that the deal was buy one, get one free). Therefore, early in the day before the last cardio session of the day, that BAG (which is an American sized--medium) was consumed along with two other small packages

Yesterday I ate 1/2 a bag of sour gummies & an additional 2 small packages prior to that earlier in the day. I went a bit of a gummy binge..okay granted it wasn't chocolate binge but still all the extra carbs doesn't help anyone in their moving down the scale efforts.
But, I wanted some "safe" sugar--and took it too far.

Last night/yesterday I consumed this:
3 very large protein pancakes with a handful of blueberries
1/2 a chicken breast with leg roasted ate the skin as well
1 tiny bag of sour wheels
3 SF energy drinks
4 liters of water
coffee/tea with usual suspects
LARGE salad with 130 grams tuna, drizzled lightly with olive oil and white wine vinegar with 1 oz feta
2 oz hard cheddar cheese
...plus, I need to do it.
I am hoping that today will be a successful steak day--so far I haven't been that hungry but, its about 4 hours till eating time..and I am going for a huge amount of steak--hopefully about 1,000 grams dunno yet.. ahahahah.
Keeping my fingers crossed that I don't drink tonight (eheheh)
I have promised myself that I don't bake anything until next weekend on the menu? Mini cheesecakes, Caramel shortbreads
