    Well after a trip home my diet came to a miserable halt. I tried over and over to explain what I could NOT eat and it seemed as if EVERY single person was trying to sabotage me. It's not an excuse, I know that we have to be responsible for ourselves but I honestly felt like no one wanted me to succeed, and it REALLY got to me. I was down to the low 180's and I was feeling happy and super healthy, I'm back up to 195 right now about 5 lbs lower than my starting weight the first time and I'm miserable. ...

  2. Kind of in a rut ...

    I'm not real impressed with my weightloss this weekend, but when I look back I never seem to do well over the weekends with it. I think it has to do with sleeping to much maybe, or that I sleep until 11 and then I'm not hungry right away so I end up eating lunch at like 3-4 and dinner at like 9-10.

    I'm on day 17 and I've lost 16.2 lbs, I go for my wedding dress fitting/alterations on Friday and I was worried about losing to much after that BUT my weight loss has really slowed down ...

  3. Uneventful weekend

    It seems like when I sleep to long, like past 10AM on the weekends I don't lose much weight, but when I'm up earlier I do a lot better. I went got up at around 11 on Friday which is unusual for me, guess I just needed some catch up, anyways right off the bat all my meals were kind of off and I ended eat up eating late.   4. Wow!

    I guess eggs are my friend cause I woke up this morning down 1.8lbs!! Down to 184.2 !! So awesome cause it was the best meal I've had so far, so glad it agrees with me. Only 4.2lbs away from my goal!!! So happy!!

    Also tried the baked apple slices with cinnimon last night and wow, delicious! I also had it for breakfast this morning

    I do have a bit of a headache this morning but I think it's just cause I slept to long, if it lingers I'll take a tylenol and I'm ...

  5. Best dinner YET

    1 Egg, 3 Egg Whites, Chopped Spinach, White Onions, 1/3 Tomato, Garlic, Parsley, fried in a non-stick pan, no oils, made it to sort of a scrambler and HOLY MOLY it was SO yummy!! OH! Also added a bit of salt and pepper

    For lunch I had a Ceasar Salad minus the cheese (Dressing on the side used VERY sparingly) and a grilled chicken breast, was pretty good.

    Can't believe how YUM my dinner was! Besides mixing veggies, I believe it's totally allowed too YAY!

  6. Down another .5lbs

    Any loss is better than a gain

    Down to 186.0 .. Can't remember the last time I weighed that! The lowest I remember being in the last little while was 192 and it was only after I was sick for a few days.

    I'm heading home to visit my mom ( I live about 1800kms away ) in a week and I'm super worried about food while I'm there. We have relatives visiting from Europe so I'm sure there will be some big dinners and such to attend, going to have to be VERY strict with ...

  7. Ugh Frustrating Lunch Situation

    So, I was stuck at work and we had to order some food. Well I didn't get much input and they ended up getting Pizza and Pastas plus some salads. Well I managed to grab a ceasar salad without dressing and picked off all the Parmesan Cheese but there was NO protein I could eat, everything was cut up into tiny little pieces and there was no chicken on anything. It was all like sausage, pepperoni, bacon, etc so I just said screw it and ended up eating a bowl of romaine lettuce with a TINY bit of ceasar ...

  8. Down to 186.5 today! 1.5lb drop :)

    Woke up this moring to a good loss BUT I had a BM (yes I know TMI) this morning which I barely ever do so many that's why .. I'm not really sure.

    Going to try to stick to protocol as best I can today, going to be eating in for all meals so I should be alright.

    Enjoying some tea with Splenda and what I HOPE is milk, got it from McDonalds instead of Tim Hortons so fingers crossed.

    Anyways, lots of work to do today!

    Well at least I hope so, we'll see tomorrow.

    Lunch was a Subway Salad (Roasted Chicken, Iceberg Lettuce, Toms, Cukes) Mustard for dressing, wasn't especially delicious but wasn't horrible, kept me going and that's the main part.

    Dinner was a Caesar Salad with grilled chicken Minus the croutons and the Parmesan cheese, dressing was on the side and I barely touched it. This was for my dinner out with a friend, I chose the wisest thing I could and I think I did alright. ...

    Not sure what's up with but I had another .4lb loss today, again, not complaining it's still a loss but what a random number to lose two days in a row lol!

    I was a little dissapointed in myself this morning after I hopped off the scale but after thinking it over it's still better than nothing, and much better than a gain.
