    I know it has been a very long time sorry for the missed days, but I'm glad to be back!. Sunday night my friends had an engagement party and I committed the absolute worst crime, I cheated!!!!!. I could not resist the buttery sweetness of a Magnolia Bakery Cupcake. (It was good too).     Greetings! Had less than mediocre results this morning only a .8 loss :-(. But I guess thats what I get last night for eating those dried fruit. Im Putting my cheating to an end from now on. I had tea with stevia this morning along with 3 breadsticks and an orange. For lunch I had chicken breast with asparagus. For dinner I had fresh spinach with salsa and chicken breast. Delish!     Greetings all! Today I was greeted with a 2lb loss so I am now 181.2 (which is higher than my starting weight but I'll take the good with the bad). My day then took a turn for the worse though because I got a special visitor. And this wonderful house guest gave me all sorts of cravings which led me to cheat. I ate a Dried apricot, a dried pineapple, and a dried pear. Hopefully the scale doesn't punish me too much in the morning. I was able to stay on track meal wise.   4. Night One of VLCD

    So its night one of the VLCD and I had a really rough day. For starters I was a tad hungry but I managed to stay on track which is shocking because I was ready to call it quits many times throughout the day. I have a close attachment to food and not being able to eat or snack on the things I love really hurts. On a positive note I was able to drink 100oz of water today which is a great accomplishment.     Hello all! Today is my second day of HCG and it has been a bit difficult. The first 2 days of HCG require that you eat as much high in fat food as possible. Sounds like fun right? Wrong! You are to take your drops while eating your foods and these drops take away your hunger, but yet you still have to eat.
