    Moring everyone!

    Thought I would post a blog cause it has been forever! I am in my second week of P4/R3 and seem to be stabilizing well. I am .8 above LIW and find my body being able to eat a larger variety of things without gaining. Yogurt was a no go 3 weeks ago and now I have it everyday for breakfast. I have 2 fruits a day, lots of veggies, eggs, all different types of meat with the fat and I try not to have any sugar or starch. If I do have starch or sugar its a treat and ...

  2. Pinpointing sensitvities..help needed!

    Almost at the end of P3 and I am sitting at 2.4lbs above LIW putting me at 205.4. I seem to be stabilizing well but I am finding it hard to pin point what makes me gain. Do I look at what I ate from the day before or 2 days before? And when I have a loss is that from what I ate the day before or 2 days? kinda confused. Any input would be great!

    Today I decided to go through my closet because half the stuff I dont wear anymore. I started with my jeans. I have atleast 40 pairs...I am addicted to denim. lol I came to a pair that I bought off the inernet about 8 months ago. They only came up a little bit over my knees. I tried them on today and they FIT! I was absolutely shocked. I know I lost weight but this was the confirmation. What an amazing feeling let me tell you. I cant wait until I try on these jeans in 6 months and realize...they ...

  4. Phase 3 Day 7

    Morning all!

    Weighed in this morning at +2.0 lbs over LIW. Hoping tomorrow I will see a slight drop cause my BM are usually every other day. Does anyone have any suggestions on something to take to become more regular?? I had the same problem my last round. I seem to be okay with eggs which I am thankful for. Going to start introducing some cheese on Tuesday or Wednesday to see how I do..but we will see how daring I am. Have a great Sunday!

  5. P3 D5....I think I am going crazy!

    So phase 3 is a little harder for me this round. My body does not want to co-operate with me A whole new set of rules it seems. I ended up dong a steak day on Day 3 and gained! Has this happened to anyone else before. I think TOM was a big part of it but it never effected me in previous rounds. I drank enough water, steak was big enough and fatty enough. Soooo...I will leave it at ...confused. Yesterday I ate as clean as possible however, I did have eggs for breakfast because i was so steaked ...

  6. Question about tuna??

    Morning everyone! Quick question...I have 4 days left of Phase 2 and I cant get to a grocery store. My car broke down and the closest grocery store well isnt so close. All i have in the house is vegetables and canned tuna. Has anyone every tried tuna while on phase 2 and if you did how did it affect you? If you highly suggest no Im going to have to figure a way out how to get there I am still 4.2 lbs away from goal...dont think I am going to see it this round I really wanted to see that ...

  7. Longest STALL ever!!

    On round 3..and let me tell you my body does not want to give up the 5 pounds so I can see 199! Is it so evil?! lol I am on R2 Day19 and I have been stuck at 206.6 and 205.4 for 7 days! My doctor keeps telling me it is water weight...which I believe but can it go already! She prescribed me Lasix for 2 days to help with the water...and it did..but today I went back up 1lb. I have been sticking to protocol exactly..and I havent been eating the melba toast to help with the weight loss. Total weight ...

  8. 7 injections left!

    7 injections left!!! So after yesterdays 1.2 gain and talking the prescribed water pill...down 1.4lbs today. I am supposed to take another 1/2 a pill today so I sure am hoping i see 204 tomorrow! A new number I havent seen before. I am thinking about asking the doctor to do a few more days of injections. She told me the last time if I want to loose a few more pounds she could give me some more injections...depending on how crazy I am by day 23...I will think about it By writing this blog everyday ...

  9. Water weight sucks.

    Hey Everyone...
    So yesterday I was writing how I was slowing down...well I stepped on the scale today and...I GAINED 1.2 and was back up to 206.6. I am not liking this 206.6 numer it seems to be haunting me lol. Today was my weigh in with the doctor and she took my measurments, looked at my food log and said that I was holding water. She prescribed me lasix (water pill) and told me to take 1 today and 1/2 tomorrow. I have had to do this atleast once during every round and usually on ...

  10. Day 13 Phase 2...slowing down!

    It really does suck when the weightloss starts to slow dow Still losing but of course not as much as week 1. Jumped on the scale and getting below 200 is sooooo close. Weighed in this morning at 205.4!! Havent seen that number since highschool I have 10 days left of injections so fingers crossed I can get as low as possible. The nausea has gone away and food tastes a LOT better...thank goodness! I am hoping to do a 4th round mid October and my ultimate goal would be 175. Seeing that I ...
