I Can't Believe I Ate The Whole Thing

Okay, yesterday I read an answer that Grammy gave to another person experiencing similar concerns as mine. She said up the rpotein by 100 calories, ditch one fruit and the Grissini. So I did that. Today I lost .6. Well, today I just skipped a fruit and upped my veggie to make up calories. Drink, drink, drink. I'm stumbling around blind. I asked a couple questions of Ask Grammy, but she seems to have overlooked my post and questions. So I will keep on keeping on and go back on strict protocol tomorrow.

So there you are. If I ever get down to my goal, I will be stunned. Especially since getting the hcg is questionable now.

    I don't know all your info but I stall a lot after the first week and a half or so. I will usually go for 3 days without losing do an apple day on the fourth day and lose 2 pounds which amounts to .50# a day and then it does the same thing. I am 60 yrs old so I don't lose as fast as the young ones but I when the round is done I still have good loses. I would like to help you but need more info on what is happening for you. maybe you should post what you are eating and what your loss is the next day. By the way there are certain food I can't eat on protocol or I won't lose. mine are tomatoes and cabbage. I can eat them the first week and still lose but after that they guarantee a no loss. You need to find out if certain foods don't work for you. Hang in there. This does work trust me.
