After my birthday my daughters sweet 16 and a vacation I've managed to gain 8lbs ,I was suppose to start round 2 of hcg a week ago but I'm broke so now I'm not going to be able to start for atleast another 2 weeks ,but I will be on here everyday how crazy when I stopped blogging I started major gaining hum just looks like I need my support system back

    I have gained too. We just have to get back on the horse and start riding again. That is the only thing that will make this time different. I did a steak day yesterday and back to no sugar no starch. I will do a few more correction days before doing another round in Aug. Just don't give up. It's not worth it. Good luck!

    Thank you so much I needed that ,I know what my major down fall is and I know better but I truly believe being addicted to sodas is as bad as any other drug the sugar and the caffeine get me every time I need a 12 step program lol ,
