new and losing

ok lets see if i can keep up with this , i started my loading days july 12 and i gained 2 pounds i expected that my hubby lost 2 pound while loading so far is day 19 on the progam and i have lost 15.8 pounds i wish i can lose more than that but i cheated while feeding my son and eat like 4 spoon of rice and 2 little tiny piece of steak (cooked with butter) no more cheating for me i have a weeding this saturday and i was thinking how hard will be for me but if i cheat since is in a park like a big cook out i will cheat with chicken breast , and salad and start the next day back on protocol ..... on the other hand i got upset with DH last night we doing this together and i make sure he eats because he forgets to eat or just eat the protein and doesnt want to eat the greens and its a fight for that i told him his body will go on starvation mode , also he said he drink a lot water but im sure he doesnt ( i bought 4 cases of polar spring bottle water he keep on case of 24 in his car i brought the other 3 home i drank my 3 cases he still have for the 1 case he kept so i know hes not drinking enough thats why hes losing slow, but i think i already have stress with my kids to be stressing over his weight loss , last night i told him to prepare dinner for us and he kept telling me to wait i guess he was waiting to see if i will do it myself so i did my dinner and didnt make for him he went to bed without taking his drops or eating ... too bad his gain this morning i wake up with a 2.6 loss and he only lost .6 he will learn the hard way , ONLY THING IS THAT I WANT TO KNOW FROM WHERE IM LOSING WEIGHT BECAUSE I DONT SEE ANY CHANGE IN MY CLOTHES![]()
