Been stuck at 218 for days now, a friend suggested an apple & steak day, so that's the plan. One apple down, I want more. I'll just drink my grape soda instead...
You could be as a previous weight set point. Meaning - in the past you were at that weight for a period of time. That weight is familiar to your body and it "wants to stay there". I'm not sure if an apple/steak day will do the trick. Your body need to catch up with what you are doing. Stay on program, eat clean and you will start to lose again.
Be Patient, don't get discouraged, follow protocol and you should be fine.
I can see that many of you are doing the steak or apple day, do they really work?
