so I feel likek this is a dumb question haha you can feel free to tell me so but is it ok if i eat the as big of a meal for lunch as i do for dinner or eat more for lunch than dinner or does it not matter jst because i have to take in 500 callories

    i think it doesn't really matter as long as you don't mind being hungrier later in the day. i think dr. s wouldn't care about the schedule.

    ok lol thanks and ya I don't get to hungry though if i do i just go and run or workout or study to get my mind off of it

    I tried that a went crazy. Eating a bigger lunch and small dinner. My body loves a schedule of snack, lunch, snack, dinner. If you can physically and mentally handle it, go for it.

    ya and another problem is i can't always eat lunch so i have to wait for dinner like today i don't think i can go get any lunch from home and im not into fast food
