I've check with "The Wise Ones" and have decided to stop my 40 day round today, which is Day 31. I've been stalled for two weeks and feel hungry and kind of weak. Maybe this is all the farther I'm supposed to go - at least for now. I'm within 10 lbs of what I set as my goal weight, but maybe that was a little low for my age. I'm going to do my 3 VLCD and on to P3! I'm at peace with that decision because it's been such a tough round hunger wise. I'll either lose some more on my own or eventually do another short round, depending on how it goes the next few months.
