I am very dissapointed in the last 3 days of weight loss after a great start. 148 was the lowest I made it too in R-1 and it was during P3. I did not stabilize there unfortunately. I stabilized close to my LIW 151.8.

Well I am feeling a little bit more temptations. I keep wanting to pop food in my mouth that isn't on the diet. I am aving a bit of cravings, not too bad. I remember in R-1 I was hungry all the time but I had no cravings at all! My friend was never hungry yet craved food all the time. This time I am barely hungry but want food. Weekends are hard. We went out to lunch yesterday and I ate a salad which was mostly lettuce and squeezed lemon on it. It was so unsatisfying but doable. Everyone had dessert and coffee while I sipped on my tea.

I have not been able to give up coffee. I never make it through the morning.. At least I reduced it. My ultimate goal was too give up caffiene completely. I have replaced the afternoon cup with green tea at least.

Tom arrived and I was SUPER grumpy yesterday. Also light headed and lacking energy. At least it will be over with and hopefully I will lose a little more.

    Hey there, I notice when tom is coming I crave food and become alittle nutty around food like a crack addict I just want some chocolate! Lol, well if u read my blog you'll see how bad I screwed up today lol, Im not happy, but like u ive had 3 crappy days in arrow, and I gained weight this morning .7 pounds so I was very discouraged and drank alcoholic beverages to calm me. Thats the beginning then i made dessert for the hubby and kept picking at it, and ate whipped cream, and toffee ahhh! I'm such a fatty, I weighed 174.4 this morning I hope tomorrow ain't to bad

    I hope you got back on track. It is very hard for me to deal with a stall too!

    My stall turned into 6 days and now finally I dropped a pound today and yesterday. I have to keep thinking losing just a pound or 2 a week is still good progress, and at the end of my round I will still have amazing results if I stick to it! I just can't "cheat" or I lose the will. Little protocol tweaks work for me, but really I am staying in a protocol just not simeon's and it allows a lt. more variety. I did it last time and lost 20lbs in 30 days.
    Well good luck to you....this diet is not always easy!
