I'm in P2 and I eat artichokes about 5 times a week. They are my favorite veggie! I noticed the canned one arent as good on my weight loss,
I assume because of preservatives? So i try to eat fresh or frozen ones. I make crab stuffed artichokes and eat them throughout the week.....minus the bread crumbs of course.
