Can I substitute this for melba toast?

There is a grocery store in my area(north east) that sells these. They are preservative, sugar and fat free. They are 16cal each and MUCH bigger and tastier than melba toast. I know they aren't on protocol as they weren't even available 50 years ago. Here is the link to them. The second tab has all the nutrition information. Thanks!

they look ok to me. corn and rice are not allowed, but when you're subbing it for more wheat i think you'll be fine.

Re: Can I substitute this for melba toast?

wheat is the first ingredient do at least I know there is more wheat than corn or rice. I have had these before when I was on WW as they are 0 points and love them. I don't eat my melba toast every day but i guess i could watch and see if I stall.

I'm curious how it went for you with these? They look much better than the melba toast. Did you see any stall after eating them?

I ate them 3 days in a row and had a .8, .9, .2 and a .5 loss. I am ovulating now so today was a 0.0 today, but I haven't eaten them in 3 days just to see. So I don't think it is causing any issues for me at all. They are really light and crunchy. They taste like plain rice cakes, but they are as big as your hand, much bigger than a melba. I think there is so much you can do with them. Mush up your strawberries and make a jam, top it with chicken salad. Pretend they are chips.. The posibilities are endless. I'm looking forward to eating them again. I'll keep this updated.
