Not a problem to skip it.
I'm not a carb person and pretty much skipping Grissini and Melba all together. Anyone have advice?
Thank you!![]()
Not a problem to skip it.
Round 1 ended 3/25 –30
Round 2 ended 6/27 –26
LDW 185.8
8/17 started high fat/adequate protein/low carb diet (nutritional ketosis):
Starting weight: 185.4
11/19 168.6
I AM a CARB person and tried Melba and Grissini in my first round...IT MESSED ME UP BIG TIME! I had major cravings and would binge on it...after finishing one box of each...I didn't make that mistake again.
I know that isn't a problem for you but someone else may come in and see this and it will help them...Carbs have always been my weakness and especially breads..I learned my lesson.
So....NO....you definitely will do just fine without them!

As soon as I cut the melba out, my scale was moving significantly! Thanks Grammy for the advice!
Aweeeesome, I'm going to try and cut it out. Get rid of having any emotions with the limited food we can have. Thanks everyoneGood luck!
I hardly ever bother with it, & losses are a bit better when I don't. AND it means I can have 3 or 4 cups of coffee or tea with a fairly normal amount of milk in, & still lose! Theres no need to eat it at all.
I dont eat it, and I lose great.

I found that in the first few days of the diet, I was having ridiculous cravings and was very hungry. So during those days, you better believe I was eating one Melba and one Grissini a day. But after day 5 or so, my hunger and nausea went away, and I haven't had one since. I'd say to use them sparingly for extra energy if you're not feeling so hot, but there's definitely no harm in skipping them!
