    HELL ..... I have done a correction day every week followed by high protein days.. Really getting old and don't want to continue this cycle.

    My last shot was july 1st and I have had 3 horrible binge days (not in a row). Each time I have eaten a steak then followed with 4or 5 high protein days. So, honestly I don't feel like I have introduced anything 1 at a time . it has just been a cycle .... steak eat high protein to get it offf, then sick of it and have everything . then start over with steak.
    very very frustrating

    I would eat clean p2 with more calories and slowly add the food back. With the binging I can sympathize but you will never get it under control until you go slow. You might find the gain is caused by something you can give up and still enjoy things you love. Don't give up.
