I am doing a 23 day cycle which will end on May 11. My birthday is May 17 and I have been told that I have to have a cake...and honestly cake and frosting is my favorite, so I want it too. I'm just trying to figure out how to best deal with this. I'll be in P3 so I know its a no no, but are there any GOOD alternatives (gluten free cake?). If I eat the cake, include it in the calories for the day, be sensible about my other choices and correct with a steak day if necessary will it royally screw up my stabilization?
I've been considering doing another round of P2 depending on my outcome from this round. I suppose if my stabilization is screwed then I'll have no choice. If I do another round do I have to go all the way through phase 4 before I can start another phase? Sorry for the questions...I just want to do this as right as I can.
