    How to handle this

I am doing a 23 day cycle which will end on May 11. My birthday is May 17 and I have been told that I have to have a cake...and honestly cake and frosting is my favorite, so I want it too. I'm just trying to figure out how to best deal with this. I'll be in P3 so I know its a no no, but are there any GOOD alternatives (gluten free cake?). If I eat the cake, include it in the calories for the day, be sensible about my other choices and correct with a steak day if necessary will it royally screw up my stabilization?

I've been considering doing another round of P2 depending on my outcome from this round. I suppose if my stabilization is screwed then I'll have no choice. If I do another round do I have to go all the way through phase 4 before I can start another phase? Sorry for the questions...I just want to do this as right as I can.

I forgot to add. I travel for work once a month and it is not conducive to P2, P3 yes, P2 no. I was able to schedule this round of P2 around the travel. I will actually be traveling during my birthday.

Just say no. LOL I did P2 through 2 birthdays and other things. You could make a mug cake but that's about it. This is the most important part of your round and that's only 6 days after your round AND you're doing a short round which results in more instability. I sure wouldn't risk it. It's so not worth it. You don't have to ruin your round just because others are insisting you have to eat cake. Take charge of yourself!

Would no sugar added icecream or sugar free be a decent alternative?

If you can have almonds and dairy you could make a flourless chocolate almond torte with a cream cheese/butter/stevia frosting (make sure the cream cheese is clean), with some coconut ice cream on the side. There are so many recipes online!

This is a great recipe for chocolate ice cream:

That said, no one can make me eat cake if I don't want it

If you do another round, there needs to be 6 weeks between R1 and 2, 8 weeks between R2 and 3, etc.

    Round 1 ended 3/25 30
    Round 2 ended 6/27 26
