Thread: I cheated and still lost!!!

  1. #1

    I cheated and still lost!!!

I went out with some friends last night and had a small sandwich with whole wheat bread, a little cream cheese, and sprouts as well as other things that are on protocol and one piece of pita bread with hummus and I still lost 1.4lbs!! I was so afraid I was gonna undo everything I had worked for so far. And I even went tanning! Woo!!! It's gonna be a good day.

Sometimes early in a round you might get away with a cheat. Also it can take a couple of days for the scale to reflect it.

i just made a reply about this, and i will repeat it here. just because a cheat doesn't seem to affect you on p2 it could potentially make it harder to stabalize in p3. and trust me, not being able to stabilize in p3 is much more frustrating than not losing on p2. *jumps off of soapbox*

Oh I'm not planning on cheating again. I want to stick to protocol as much as possible. I was just really excited it wasn't reflected immediately.

Well...if someone on the Royal court reads this you're liable to be beaten with a fried mozzarella stick! hahaha

Seriously though, little cheats or big cheats and really create havoc down the road so get back to protocol and stay there! Having "what if" moments are never fun!

Thank you, barblg, for that information! I was teetering on whether I should cheat "just this once" because I'm hungry and I want my veggie burger on flatbread from Subway. I do not want to have a hard(er) time on P3 so thank you for being my saving grace.
