your right to just get back on the wagon tomorrow. What is done is done. Lots of us have a moment of indulgence, but we pay dear for it. Good luck and hang in there. When I was really needing a treat i would grab some raspberries or blueberries or I would get a all natural apple fruit leather with no sugar added and have a small piece of that. It seemed to help and I did not stall when I did this, but I tried not to make it a daily routine.
