3 days, 5 days, 10 days.... Who knows? The real damage is not lack of weight loss, but that you aren't resting your hypothalamus. Every cheat lowers the likeliness of good stabilization down the road.

I know and I knew better too, I am a binge eater. Watermelon is my favorite summer fruit, my last one sucked and I was told how good it was. You tell yourself that it's fruit, it was more like junk for me. Now i can say I had a fabulous watermelon and not need it anymore. I am going to add the extra hunger too all the swimming, would it hurt to save calories for dinner and add extra protein for dinner?
Saving calories won't help, neither will sport.... depending on how often you regularly sport, that might actually cause more water gain. Just stick to protocol?
Nothing to do but go on.Eventually, your body will get into a resting position again... you will see how much damage you have done then.
