    What should I do?

    I started VLCD last saturday, I never did a load properly and all week I've been hungry and cheating on the diet! I managed to lose 3lbs but also managed to gain it back! A friend of mine gave me the advice to start over completely. She said to do my load days the way they should be done then start the VLCD...
    What do you all think? I need some advice I def. wanna start losing this weight...

    Loading really isn't the end-all, be-all of a successful round. It sounds like your dose is off. Either that or you have one of the many FAKE brands out there. Look at the ingredients and make sure they actually list hcg as an ingredient. If only amino acids are listed then your drops are bogus and you need to stop until you get the real thing. If hcg is listed, then your dose is off.

    HCG is an ingredient.... It says to take one dropper full 2x per day!

    Then it may actually be RX hcg? Try skipping your hcg tomorrow and see how you feel by evening. If better, you're taking too much. If the same or worse, you need to increase your dose.
