    Question Question

    How long after you take the sublingual RX hcg do you need to wait to eat?

    How far apart should you space your meals? (for example: 6 hours, 12 hours)

    Lip balm??

    Vaseline petroleum jelly, baby oil gel, or something else (for skin moisturizer)??

    I’m a fresh breath freak so can I still chew “5” sugar free gum or something else?

    Also, I want to know can I still use scope whitening rinse, and scope mouthwash?

    What is a good eating schedule if you work overnight?

    Clean and Clear products??
