I lost weight in both rounds during P3 and P4. In P3, I mainly ate protein and fat, with just a few carbs such as veggies and the occasional fruit. P4 has not been all that different, but I've added a few other carbs like low-carb flatbread and tortillas, homemade muffins made with flax meal and almond meal, and Ezekiel bread. I still don't eat much fruit, and avoid sugar. I do eat a lot of cocoa crack, which gives me my sweet fix!
