Ok, I've had mild problems with night sweats for the past few years (I'm 49 years old). But every since I've started the HCG diet 10 days ago, they have increased dramatically. I have to get up in the middle of the night to dry myself off and I change the sheets DAILY! I'm wondering if the hcg can have that much of an impact? I haven't heard anyone mentioning night sweats.
