Aswell as exercise you need a healthy eating plan too.
Dont bother with these fad diets where you take pills etc. This is not a good way to lose weight!
Cut out fatty foods and cook your meals slightly differently using low calorie spray rather than oil, grill and ovenbake things rather than fry etc.
obviously you have found your way to the wrong site. Does not sound like you are following the HCG diet. Please make your way to a forum more up your alley
Hey JayPea your link is nice and i have visited this site. There are lot of new exercises for me there and i will try to do these exercises. With exercise healthy eating plan is also important.
