I'll encourage! I did Rx drops and was rarely "hungry" during my course of hcg. Sure I could tell when I wanted to eat again due to hunger, usually when it was getting close to meal time. This was actual a welcome feeling because one of my hopes with hcg diet would be that it would break me of some bad habits, with eating when I wasn't even hungry being at the top of them. At times I wanted something, but more because I wanted it, not because I was hungry for it (if that makes sense).
