I started the hhcg drops on Saturday March 5, eating whatever I wanted for the 2 load days (my diet is pretty healthy anyhow) and now am on the second day of the 500 cal diet taking drops 6 drops 5 times a day. My diet has consisted of the following for both yesterday and today:
2 small pieces of fruit
2 small green salads w/ 1/2 boneless, skinless, boiled seasoned chicken breast and 1 small tomato cut up on time with 1 tbsp ranch for dipping
1 100 cal. low fat yoplait yogurt.
I calculated this to be approx. 500 calories, maybe a little more/less depending on if I use all the ranch or not....
I have been doing 30-45 minutes moderate exercise per day as well, but currently have no way to weigh myself.
Any thoughts? I hope to get a scale soon but the nearest store is 100 miles away (Im in remote Alaska)
