Brand new to this...is HCG right for me?

I'm 19 and a female. I just wanted to lose about 10 pounds, nothing major. Can I use HCG for that? And how would I do it? Just take the amount of drops as directed for a few days?
I'm a bit confused. I can't find really clear information anywhere

You really need to read Pounds and Inches.

HCG is so much more than just taking the drops. You really need to understand the certain foods and why you need to do things a certain way for hCG to work. =)

If you only have a bit to lose, you may just want to try clean eating and exercise. That might work lots better and not get you into the "habit" of dieting. Check out Paleo eating (caveman diet). It's clean and you will see results pretty quickly (IMHO).
    Good luck.

Personally, I think you would be better off trying to lose 10 pounds doing low carb on your own. This isn't a "quick fix" diet - it is a commitment to a way of eating that will take you longer than a "few days of drops". You would need to commit around 50-60 days to do this correctly and to make it stick.

Also taking into account that I have a daughter close in age to you, I would say that you are probably not in a good lifestyle place to do this diet correctly. She goes out way too much with friends (clubs, restaurants, comedy clubs, sports bars, athletic events, tailgates, bonfires, etc), and the temptations would kill her. It is very very hard to be the only one at the table who is consistently drinking water and eating the celery from the BWW basket, while everyone else is gorging on wings, queso, tortilla chips, quac, and washing it down with margaritas or beer. Her schedule also changes a lot because of her classes, and it would be hard for her on a few days to eat the required foods easily.

    Just a thought.
