Can you dye your hair on the HCG diet?

I have roots, YIKES!! I need to color them, thought Id check and see if anyone knew about this first!!
Also, Due for a pedicure BIG time, If I tell them no lotions/massage I just want to soak, and get a color do you think that'd work?

I have had mine colored a few times while in P2 without issue....

I colored my hair & got pedi's during my P2 phase of HCG . . . no problems!

YAYE, going to get mine done today, I was soo worried, because i heard you can not dye your hair on P2. Good to know!

I got highlights around the end of my first week on P2 this round and it had no effect on me.

I am so glad to read this, I need to do a root touch up and need a mani/pedi so bad. I'm so consumed with not cheating, I think I'm driving myself crazy!!
