Contacting a Moderator or Anyone on the Forum

I've been getting a lot of visitor messages asking for help. If you need help, PLEASE don't use the visitor screen. We mods get a lot of personal messages and to answer a visitor message, we have to go to your profile then click Private Message to answer. If you send us a Private Message, all we have to do is click reply. MUCH easier for us. I tend not to even look at visitor messages much.

I hope I'm contacting you the right way. Ive really screwed up. While mixing my hcg powder I extracted 1000 of bacteria static water and mixed with my powder, then injected it back into my bottle of bacteria static water? Duh, instead of my mixing vial. So, I got another 2000 vial and mixed it the right way, but had to use my infected water. .. I'm hoping you are going to say go ahead and try it and see what happens. I had already finished one week. So I was mixing for my 2nd week. The mixture actually yields about 10 syringes of 20ml injections.

Also, if you've had a bad eating day, what's the best protocol to follow to get back on track? I've read about the apple day and I've read about the large steak and apple?

Even without the extra, it's already at 200 iu which is too high for most. Do you have hunger? An apple day isn't going to fix a cheat, it will make it worse. So just get back on protocol.

And you're getting another 66 iu in each cc of fluid so you're probably dosing about 206 iu with what happened but it's hard to know for sure.
