I have been doing great on this program in phase 2. Lost 20 pounds in 23 days. Then I decided to try the eggs= 1 egg and 3 egg whites. Had them for lunch with spinach. I also made the chicken meatball soup for dinner out of the hcg cookbook. The next morning I gained 3 pounds! Then the next day I drank tons of water and was very strict not even having the "breads" or my second fruit. Today I weigh the same.
This is so frustrating. Is it normal to just gain 3 pounds like that and them not come right back off? I am definitely NOT doing eggs again, and I am scared to eat the meatball soup again.
What is the best way to get to losing again?
