    Homeopathic Drops... I have done 2 rounds with them. What kind are you one?

    johnnysangel, try cutting the drops to 10 and see how you do. Sounds like it's too high.

    doubledee, skip tomorrow then take your dose down to 150. You should feel way better.

    Thanks for this....for the past 2 days I have skipped my 2nd protein and noticed I am (stomach growling) hungry in the morning and only lost .2 yesterday and nothing today. I am not doing that again. I am on R2 P2 D17 so I know I shouldn't be hungry.

    Day 5 and I'm about to give up despite losing 8 lbs!

    I am hungry all the time. Day 2 was the only day I wasn't ready to jump out of my skin from hunger. For the last 2 nights I have been near tears I am so miserable. I am snapping at my husband and completely miserable. Help! I am taking the HCG1234 drops, 10 drops 3 x day. Any suggestions? I'm not craving sweets or carbs, it isn't cravings, those subsided pretty quickly. It's just pure hunger.

    Drink something satisfying like green tea or sodium free seltzer it helps some..Break up your foods some, and eat your apple in the evening when you are grumpy. Make it good in the oven with cinnamon and stevia or something..Those things should help some..Also adjust your dose may..Like they say to which is skip a dose if you are more hungry then you need to take a bit less if you are more hungry than you need to take a bit more.

    How I generally deal with hunger in my head is I tell myself that feeling is not my body wanting food it is my body eating fat

    another not protocol thing you could try eat only one fruit and eat an extra serving of protein. protein seems to fill you up.


    Started at 179 (5'3") June 5th 2010. Lost 40 pounds eating no sugar, flour, wheat, rice, or dairy, and eating 2 times a day breakfast and lunch. Stalled at 138 for 4 months then decided to do HCG.

    I am a late evening snacker. Just like on Atkins, I dont sleep as much on this diet. When I am up late, the snack monster is kicking my butt. Now I have pretty much snacked on protocol approved foods, but I have had extra protein and fruit. Still have lost over 2 lbs a day. Need to work on the mental aspect of this thing and take my butt to bed at night.

    Thanks grammy ~ I did cut the drops to 10 the past few days, and it does seem to help. I feel I'm still getting hungry when I shouldn't. I'm not having the "out of sorts" feelings which is good. Today I ate dinner per/protocal and was pleasantly full, then 1/2 hour later felt pretty hungry. I'm going to lower my drops tomorrow to 8. That shouldn't hurt anything should it?

    I am a newbie that just started the diet. I my load days were Thurs/Fri and starting the vlcd today. I am getting my hcg shots from a dr. and am concerned about the dosage. He gave me 7 prefilled syringes with the instructions to give one injection daily and return in a week to track my progress. The syringes are filled to .05 (halfway to the .1 mark on a 1ml syringe) which seemed like a tiny amount compared to what everyone is recommending here but I figure they know what they are doing. Anyway, I had no problem whatsoever gorging for the two load days and am hungry this morning...not starving but hungry and would have no problem doing a third load day:-) I am concerned that I might be getting too much hcg and would need to lower my dose but I am getting such a small amount of liquid in the syringe that reducing is nearly impossible. I called the dr. office today and they said that they do not dilute the hcg, which explains the tiny dose, and she didn't know how many iu's I am getting with each dose. Anyone know how to figure out what my current dose is or how to dilute it if needed???

    This is my fourth day and I have already drunk 32 oz of water and a cup of coffee this morning. My stomach thinks my throat is slit and is driving me nuts. So hungry! I am doing the HGCRx. I think that's the proper abbreviation. I am 52 and am approx. 5'1". I'm not supposed to be hungry!

    I'm dealing with the same thing. I loaded on sat and sun 5/14 and 15 (loaded at disney....how fun is that!?). Started my vlcd yesterday and felt hungry all day (worse in the evening). Woke up today and did drops, waited an hour or so and had my grapefruit and melba for breakfast.....starving now! It's not so much the hunger pangs as it is the weakness and dizziness. I am taking 10 homeopathic drops 3x/day.....any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
