Okay so I did my first injection of HCG today and that was pretty painless (yay me!!!)

However when it came to do the Vitneurin B12 injection, I drew a complete blank

The vials are tiny and all the videos up on youtube seem to show foil top tiny bottles instead of the tube like ampoules I have which have to be broken.

Does anyone know how I can get the liquid out of the vials into an insulin syringe?

I have the 2ml vitneurin ampoules which I was hoping to inject 2-3x a week with a 1ML insulin syringe.
